Problems receiving our email?

It has been brought to our attention that some of our emails and order confirmations have not been received by some of our supporters. With the advent of new Spam Blocking tools (built into AOL and other services), some of the emails that you want to see are automatically placed in your Bulk/Junk/Spam folder. So, you never get a chance to open the email.

In three easy steps, you can revise the blocking software to allow Grassfire.net emails in your Inbox:
1) Open your email software and go to your email Address Book. Press Add Contact.
2) Enter 'alert@grassfire.net' (without the quotes) in one of the email address fields.
3) Press Save.

Or, if you find an Grassfire.net email in your Spam/Junk/Bulk email Folder:
1) Go to your Spam/Junk/Bulk email Folder in your email software.
2) Select any email from Grassfire.net.
3) Press the "Not Spam" button.

What is Grassfire.org?

Grassfire.org Alliance is a non-profit 501(c)4 organization.  Our goal is to impact key issues in our nation by equipping hundreds of thousands of citizens with tools that give our partners a real impact on issues. Through online petitions and breakthrough media efforts, Grassfire.org is building a proactive Alliance of conservative citizens who can make a difference in our nation.

Who are your founders?

Grassfire.org is truly a grassroots organization. Our President, Steve Elliott, has a background in communications and public policy. He developed Grassfire while searching for a way to utilize the Internet to expand the impact of conservative and pro-family citizens.

How large is your organization?

Grassfire has rallied hundreds of thousands of citizens and is growing tens of thousands each month as team members take part in key issues and spread the “grassfire” to their friends!

How have you grown so fast?

Grassfire's remarkable growth is due is totally dependent on our grassroots team. We rely on friends utilizing our breakthrough technologies. Our friends have grown to trust Grassfire, and we take that responsibility quite seriously. Because of this trust and enthusiasm for what we do Grassfire has been propelled to the forefront of many key issues, and giving a voice to people throughout the nation.

Do you spam?

Grassfire.org is an opt-in service. We do not spam. Virtually all our online team came to Grassfire.org from the referral of a friend or family member.

What groups are you affiliated with?

Grassfire.org is not formally affiliated with any religious or political organization. However, Grassfire.org often works with partner organizations when we share concern on an issue.

What issues does Grassfire.org support?

Grassfire.org’s leadership team holds a strong and unwavering commitment to conservative, pro-family and pro-faith values. These values guide our decision-making process.

Our Grassfire team invests many hours surveying, and monitoring important issues of the day. We strategically address high-impact issues instead of tackling every concern that pops up in the news. We also carefully consider suggestions from team members belonging to our online family. However, before we platform an issue, it must be in agreement with our own moral compass and core values.

How does the "personal impact" feature work?

Our petitions track each participant’s personal impact – expanding your “voice” from one to possibly thousands! This is one of the key features of our service, allowing our team members to actually see how their impact is growing at their own personalized reporting sites and customized home page. It is not uncommon for Grassfire team members to rally thousands of others on key issues.

Who's behind Grassfire's media campaign?

Citizens like you! One of Grassfire.org’s main goals is to give our friends an opportunity to directly Impact through our media awareness campaigns. When warranted, Grassfire creatively uses the media (radio, television and print) to assist in maximizing our impact on a particular issue.

Our media campaigns are completely funded by friends who believe in our cause, and who understand the power and potential of the media!
